The large canvases
have been destretched (removed from the stretchers) and rolled for
storage. Stretchers may be provided.
Counterfeit
Money Orders will result in an investigation and probable prosecution.
No credit cards are acceptable through the artist. Please use
PayPal or other forms of payment.
I will
not make "change"nor launder money for scammers.
PayPal (for under $10,000.), Western Union, and Bank Transfers
are acceptable. Please email and I will provide my

number for serious inquiries only.
I will not tolerate fraud. Those who will dispute charges and
steal artwork will be investigated.

money orders, cashier’s checks for the exact amount

accepted. Please do not send more than the amount
specified-
I will not launder money-nor be
investigated especially for a stranger.
For example-agreed amount of total
payment =$1,200. including shipping, insurance, and
tax.
I will discard payments for $6,000
from strangers with no specifications or notes included.
However, I will accept donations if
there is a specific note included with a payment. I will not make change.

-Must fill out contract before a transaction can be processed
-Contact phone number and name (Also
name of person paying: signing the
check, money order , etc.)
-Mailing address and or shipping address (specify which or
both)
No PO Boxes for shipping addresses
I cannot release a painting nor accept
a payment without the necessary contact information.
Most artwork is for
sale through the artist (me)
Delivery: Signature required: ground 3-5 days for national
delivery once painting has been retrieved-
an agreed allotted time for retrieval (from storage)and delivery will
exist in writing (contract) (delivery by "air" is charged
additionally)
Digital Initials
appear on the digital images of paintings on the screen.
The actual painted
signature/initials are
generally not visible (some are apparent).
If sold directly through the artist, artwork guaranteed
to arrive unharmed (insured) with the exception of a freak
natural disaster ie. flood, tornado, hurricane, etc.
Must allow alloted time (according to contract) for
arrival/ tracking
number provided upon shipment

not cover insured

originals and prints
Originals paintings sold still have copyright by me, Andrea
Allegrone, the artist. It is illegal to make prints
and or copies
of the originals withoutpermission from the artist. By no means is one allowed to sell prints of a purchased original.
